The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience Finance team as we continue to propel the business through data focused forecasts and provide influential insights. This individual will have ownership of a wide range of activities in support of business decisions and management reporting. You will develop and improve processes, drive partnerships with senior leaders, and own operating expenses and headcount budgets. You will work on maintaining and improving expense models to help the business understand how to forecast expense and prioritize for future years.

What you'll Do

  • Partner with senior business leaders, develop a deep understanding of the business, provide support through financial modeling, and provide deep dive analysis and critical insight on business initiatives
  • Develop sophisticated, data driven models to drive business decisions and identify strategic opportunities - especially related to cloud spend
  • Understand key efficiency & productivity metrics that drive the business
  • Prepare and contribute to executive presentations, tell the story of business performance, risks, and opportunities, and use high impact visuals with compelling insights
  • Lead all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
  • Use technology such as Tableau or Power BI to automate data and reporting
  • Continual process improvements to help scale the business

What you need to succeed

  • Proven FP&A experience
  • Strong analytical skills and outstanding communication skills, to articulate key business performance and the financial implications/business impact
  • High attention to details with excellent organization skills, and the ability to set objectives and get results
  • Sophisticated Excel skills are essential, and experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan are preferred
  • Positive demeanor, collaborative, and comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvements
  • Ability to learn technology solutions quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,000 -- $184,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
