The Role
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst FP&A to innovate, win, and grow with us in a remote location (East coast only) or the Portsmouth, NH corporate office (preferred).
As a member of our Global Finance Team, you will play a key role in the strategic financial direction of the company. In this role you will have day-to-day interaction with senior leadership across our Product Organization and various product line leaders. In addition to supporting financial leadership to the organization, this fast-paced role will be involved in forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
How you’ll contribute:
- Partner with Director of FP&A and product leadership to drive strategic initiatives and performance.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across multiple CPO organization lines.
- Build and maintain detailed cost models that link operational activities to financial performance.
- Support the annual long-range plan, operational plan and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial analysis, variance analysis & modeling.
- Track and analyze KPIs.

- 4+ years of relevant progressive experience, SaaS and/or Payments industry greatly preferred
- Track record of working with teams to drive change designed to drive efficiency and the continued growth of the organization
- Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong system and Excel skills
- Ability to meet deadlines & manage multiple projects and requests effectively
- Adaptive Planning experience preferred
