About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Financial Analyst or Sr. Financial Analyst depending on the applicants overall experience and background. In either role you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis efforts, developing financial models, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports.

What You'll Do:

Senior Financial Analyst

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Develop financial models and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare detailed reports.
• Mentor and train junior financial analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects.

Required Qualifications:Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 1 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with 1+ years in a senior-level role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis concepts.
• Proven track record of providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801
• The total compensation target for Sr. Financial Analyst ranges from 90K - 105K. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
