Overview:

This position may be performed from the Atlanta, GA or Coppell, TX market.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to support the Incentives - Enterprise business within US Incentives. In this role, you will support various aspects of the long-range plan; annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning and reporting processes by partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance and Accounting. You will report to the Sr. Manager - Enterprise Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual plan and quarterly forecast processes
  • Reconcile large financial data sets between multiple databases and reports
  • Assistance with period profitability reviews and variance analysis
  • Compile weekly revenue flash reports along with key drivers
  • Proactively communicate and report key financial and operational drivers and metrics
  • Collaborate with Business Unit's including Sales, Account Management and Corporate Finance to drive process improvements
  • Prepare and reconcile data import files and templates
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required
  • 8+ years experience or equivalent relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Ability to manage and analyze large data sets in a face paced environment
  • Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to solve complex logical challenges and synthesize data to develop meaningful insights
  • Cross-functional teamwork, collaboration and strong oral and written communication skills; comfort interfacing professionally with senior leaders
  • Knowledge of online programs Oracle, Smart View, PowerBI, and Atlas is a plus, but can be taught
  • ERP experience is preferred

Benefits:

Salary Range: $81,660.00 to $105,000.00.
