Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team specializing in the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports for our Power Systems Business located in Fridley, Minnesota . This hybrid role supports this location and should be within a commutable distance to the office to be on-site 1-2 days/week.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Evaluates US accounting standards to record transactions in compliance with requirements and company policies
• Analyzes financial data by evaluating results and solutions to support business decisions
• Collaborates with stakeholders and develops partnerships to drive performance that aligns to organizational goals and strategies
• Utilizes financial forecast data to provide forward looking projections to facilitate decisions
• Interprets financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities, and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact to drive business improvement
• Works cross-functionally with operations leadership at Fridley plant in support of $1B of annual production

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
• Minimum of 3 years of financial experience supporting cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and deliver multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Ability to manage complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
• Ability to collaborate with finance and operations teams to execute ad-hoc projects and advise business partners

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
