All aboutthe role:

In thisrole you will be reporting to the Senior FinancialAnalyst, Peace of Mind for Electrolux Major Appliances NA and will be based in Charlotte, NC. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving operational excellence,delivering successful business results and process improvements by developingfact-based insights, and analytical automation to enable sound decision makingacross the Peace of Mind organization. The Senior FinancialAnalyst will work closely with Peace of Mind business leaders both locally andglobally as well as the broader Customer Direct Interaction organization todrive Peace of Minds key strategies and initiatives.

What you'll do:

As Sr. Financial Analyst you will drive profitable growth ofAftermarket Spare Parts & Accessories and Services by developing thenecessary tools, processes, and knowledge to successfully drive the financialcontrolling aspects of the business. In this role you willbe accountable for increasing the value of data through the integration ofmultiple data sources and driving efficiency through automation and ability fordata consumers to self-serve. Your key focusareas include Warranty, Consumer Engagement Center, Service, Electrolux BrandedService (EBS), Extended Service Agreements (ESA), Spare Parts and InstallationAccessories.

Otherresponsibilities may include: • Coordinate the implementation ofstandardize tools and reporting to facilitate analysis across verticals such asproduct line and business segment, including key performance indicatorsnecessary to drive profitable growth• Management of monthly invoicing, accruals and accountreconciliations to ensure proper revenue and administrative expense recognition • Evaluate & summarize full P&L for actuals andforecast, providing executive level commentary for major drivers of performancewith proposed actions for deviations to plan• Owner of the financial planning processes for Peace of Mindbusiness including monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan. Provide weekly snapshot ofcurrent month performance versus forecast with insights for corrective actionas needed• Drive cost excellence in Warranty and Consumer EngagementCenter operations through tracking of monthly spend, cost reduction initiativesand providing recommendations to business partners for efficiencies• Partner on key strategic growth projects throughout Peace ofMind portfolios including Service and Service Agreements including managing andtracking capital project spend and return on investment

Who youare:

You arecomfortable translating data and can summarize complex information intoactional business insights using tools such as SAP, PowerBI,MS Office, SQL, etc. You are a cross functional partner across a variety offunctions inside of the Peace of Mind organization and across Electrolux. Youhave proactive business acumen with the ability to understand the Peace of Mindportfolios and business processes, but also foresee key business partner needs.In addition to strong systems proficiency,you have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

QualificationsRequired: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting,economics or business management• 5+ years of experience in commercial or product linefinance, financial modeling and forecasting or related experience• Experience in services industry preferred• Experience with Power BI, MS SQL preferred
