Sr. Financial Analyst (REMOTE-US)

COMPENSATION: $90-$115k per year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive plan with the target at 5% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.

Sr. Financial Analyst:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Operations and IT to create and maintain financial models (i.e. profitability, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of operational financial management processes such as forecasts/budgeting
• Responsible for month end close activities such as, submitting accruals for assigned departments, analyzing financial results to identify key drivers of variances
• Create and present monthly reporting package to business partners, including P&L variances
• Partner with business leaders to identify cost KPIs and saving initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement of existing processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Financial Modeling skills
• Strong Data Analytics- experience working with large datasets
• Critical thinker- being able to take the data and interpret the meaning of it to management
• Strong Communicator- working cross functional with various departments
• Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
• Progressive growth in career
• 3-5 years of experience

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
