What You’ll Do:
The FP&A Senior Analyst at Curaleaf provides management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. This role will support workforce planning and operational analytics. The FP&A group is responsible for running the annual budgeting process, reforecasting the business, providing operational analysis, as well as partnering with business unit leaders to improve performance.
- Supports enterprise Labor Analysis: compiling data from workforce planning systems to generate actionable reporting. (WĂĽrk, Deputy, Greenhouse, and Snowflake)
- Supports management teams by providing actionable insights using a wide array of tools and data sources (F&O Dynamics, Vena, Cultivation Grow Plans and Production Planning systems)
- Analyze company-wide operations, to drive operational excellence and gross margin growth, including performance and productivity data
- Collaborate with business units to gain in-depth understanding of processes, challenges, and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.
- Evaluates new projects and investment opportunities with benchmarking and ROI analysis
- Builds budgets and forecasts of future company performance
- Performs ad-hoc analysis for executives as required
- Additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related fields; MBA preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Labor, or Operational Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong workforce planning background and knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience working with Kronos or Workday based time keeping systems, preferred
- Cube data sources, Vena and Data Visualization experience, preferred
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, is self-motivated, and succeeds in an agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with team members across multiple departments in a hands-on capacity
- Deals with concepts and complexity comfortably
- Subject to background check per state cannabis requirements
