What you'll be doing?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly complex front-end solutions using React. If you are a passionate React developer with a passion for solving highly complex problems and enhancing user experience, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Design and implement architectural solutions to improve overall useability and user throughput
• Develop and implement highly complex front-end solutions using React
• Design and implement a custom IDE to enhance user experience
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for React development
• Mentor and coach junior developers on React best practices and coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in React development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

We want you to have:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Demonstrated Proficiency in React (either demo or portfolio is acceptable)
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles
• Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex React applications
• Experience with IDE design and implementation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

It would be a bonus if you had:

• A problem-solving nature
• Experience working with human-centered design and product/design/innovation strategy, or a deep desire to learn about and advocate for it
• Prior experience in a creative agency or consultancy work setting

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

For Washington-State based role, the base salary hiring range for this position is $80 to $100 per hour. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
