We are looking for a passionate individual with strong background in Java full stack development, excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in delivering high quality solutions.
What You'll Bring:

• Closely work with advisory team and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications that drive BI solutions besides adhering to the TU architectural processes, security guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Possess strong inter-personal communication and collaboration skills. The candidate must be able to work independently and handle day to day meetings effectively with external clients.
• Collaborate with product team within the context of SAFe agile release trains, to groom various initiatives and lead them through design, development, testing, release and maintenance.
• Work on complicated, interesting problems where analysis of situations and data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Add your expertise to our functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Technically oriented individual participating actively in development & implementation while leading java application team.
• Resolve technical issues and bring in innovation that improves scalability and performance. Work closely with project stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements and communicate project status and timelines effectively.

Ensure thorough documentation of technical designs, code, and project related information.
Impact You'll Make:

• 6+ years' experience in building Java full stack services. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering discipline.
• Team lead experience in SAFe agile environment. Must be able to lead team members providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
• Strong coding and debugging skills with experience in backend and frontend technologies including one or more of the following: Java, J2EE, Spring boot, Cloud technologies (GCP or AWS), Redshift, Bigquery, PostgreSQL, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular/React/Vue.js, EKS, GKS.
• Experience with DevOps practices, Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines is a must. Hands on experience with code control and code review tools like Git or Bitbucket.
• Proficient at micro services applications architecture and with hands on experience in design and development/ coding.
• Strong inter-personal communication and collaboration skills. The candidate must be able to work independently & must possess strong communication skills.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
