Sr. Front End Engineer / Scrum Team Lead

Senior Front End Engineer/Scrum Team Lead. Burr Ridge, IL: 

Bachelor's in Software Engineering, Systems Software, Computer Science or related field. 24 months exp in job offered or engineering. Experience must include: front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular; UI/UX design principles and ability to translate design requirements into functional and responsive web pages and native mobile application features; agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience leading and managing Scrum teams; collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, product managers, and back-end developers: writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code and ensure the team follows coding standards; Git version control and code review tools like GitHub or Bitbucket; troubleshooting and debugging complex issues; mentoring and coaching junior developers; web performance optimization techniques and ability to implement: server-side rendering and the ability to optimize front-end applications for search engine optimization (SEO); project management skills; facilitating team meetings, such as sprint  planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives: software development best practices, such as code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration; cloud-based services like AWS or Azure and experience with deploying and scaling applications; accessibility standards and experience ensuring web applications are accessible to all users.
