How We Work?
We are a small, innovative team commited to building a powerful platform for Online Controlled Experiments. Our mission is to enable everyone in the company—developers, copywriters, designers, marketers, and more—to experiment with their ideas, evaluate their impact, and drive meaningful change for our customers.
Mission and Goals:
We are looking for a Web Developer to join our head office in Prague. In this full-stack role, you will be developing and maintaining our web interfaces. The system is deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and web server is running in Kubernetes. We prioritize automation, testing, code reviews, and overall good monitoring of the system.
Objectives:

Design, develop, and maintain client- and server-side functionality, including integration with databases and REST APIs.

Create and refine UIs that are responsive, accessible, and visually appealing.

Implement automated unit tests and end-to-end tests.

Lead and organize user feedback sessions to gather insights.

Collect, prioritize, and advocate for UI improvement ideas.

Monitor system operations to ensure stability and performance.
Competencies:
-
Experience in web development with TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
-
A passion for clean, maintainable code.
-
Experience with modern web frameworks, especially ReactJS and its ecosystem.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Proficiency with SQL and database management.
​Nice to have:

Solid knowledge of sustainable development practices, including automated testing, version control, code reviews, and deployment pipelines.

Effective communication skills.
