Sr. Full Stack Engineer - AI Applications

What we need:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a vital member of our AI Applications team, focusing on both frontend and backend development. Leveraging our Multimodal AI Platform (MAP), you will bridge the gap between customer success, product development, and engineering to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Act as an expert and advocate for the Coactive product, demonstrating its capabilities and value.
• Collaborate with the product team and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components. Use React, TypeScript, and advanced JavaScript frameworks for the frontend, and Python with FastAPI for backend microservices.
• Build and maintain RESTful microservices and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Collaborate with Platform and DevOps teams to deploy and manage services on cloud platforms using containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Provide technical guidance to prospects and customers, leading Proof-of-Value engagements and technical integrations.
• Maintain clear documentation and streamline processes to enhance collaboration.

What we look for:

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including expertise in React, TypeScript, and advanced JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience in building distributed, scalable microservices with Python and FastAPI.
• Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for managing deployments.
• Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as solutions engineering or SME, is preferred.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions that drive customer success.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences, including delivering demos and product walkthroughs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of GO and experience in building SDKs are highly desirable.

The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $166,000-$190,000.*
