Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Description and Requirements
We are looking for a new Sr Full Stack Solution Engineer to join the Digital Systems & Solution Engineering team of our Center of Excellence in Argentina.
What you will do in this role...

• Work with product & solution teams to design and develop end-to-end solutions and reference architectures, working in an agile environment.
• Solution design and help teams execute the technical implementation for digital cloud initiatives in LATAM.
• Deliver solution that aligns with the customer's business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks).
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts within the country, region and globally and becoming a trusted adviser to the development teams and groups within the country and region.
• Work together with development leads to successfully deliver a project.
• Provide recommendation, guidance and hands-on assistance to other solution development and deployment to team members.
• Assist in the development of detailed project specifications and implementation plans.
• Be part of a diverse team of people who are passionate about achieving challenging goals.

To help you succeed, you need to have...

• Knowledge in Front-end development (React, Javascript, CSS); RESTful API design; Azure PaaS, Java 8 w/Lambda Expressions/Completable Futures, AKS
• Self-direction
• Organizational Skills
• Agile (scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Motivation to learn and apply new technology concepts and the "art of possible".

• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in oral and written Spanish language; advanced written and minimum of B1 or B2 level in oral English language.

And it will be a plus if you have...

• Experience working in Insurance Industry
