Job Description

Summary:

The Sr. Global Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the global parts department in ERP inventory management processes to ensure timely movement and accuracy of service parts. This critical role will interface with service, logistics, finance, and other supporting departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support global inventory management team on processes, documentation, training, and reporting
  • Lead EDI testing of logistics related issues and enhancements
  • Provide root cause analysis on ongoing transaction errors and issue IT tickets for resolution
  • Lead global service cycle count program
  • Enters inventory movement and scrap transactions into ERP system
  • Reviews inventory accuracy reporting and completes data cleanup tasks
  • Assists with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and project requests as required
  • Administrator of master data related to service parts within multiple systems including ERP, order management, and transportation management


Qualifications:

a. Required
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, data analytics or related field of study
  • 3-5 years of experience with inventory management in SAP
  • Strong computer/data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Access, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude
  • Must be flexible in an ever-changing environment
  • Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity
