Description

The Technical Account Manager provides technical support and account management to UKG PLUS Central, Pro WFM and Pro customers and must have a high level of Pro product knowledge. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

β€’ Provide account management and technical support of UKG Pro, Pro WFM, or WFC products to large enterprise-class customers β€’ Utilize UKG Central, Pro WFM or UKG Pro knowledge and technical capabilities to provide optimum solutions to customer issues β€’ Replicate customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions and /or readying the issue for engineering review β€’ Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely resolutions and executing customer-focused commitments β€’ Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels internally and externally β€’ Conduct weekly conference calls, provide weekly status reports and advocate for customer needs and requirements β€’ Interface successfully with other UKG cross-functional teams and third-party solution providers β€’ Participate in testing and validating system fixes, service releases, and enhancements β€’ Late Shift and On-Call availability if needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

UKG Central and/or UKG Dimensions experience required.β€’ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred and/or equivalent experience required β€’ Working knowledge of PC's, operating systems, web technologies and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problem

Preferred Qualifications:

CPP/SHRM Certifications a plus β€’ Must have knowledge and understanding of computer system applications and databases β€’ Must have the ability to occasionally travel on short notice β€’ Knowledge of SQL scripting and database experience with MS SQL β€’ For WFD candidates, experience with Dell Boomi, API's, Splunk and Koogle is a plus β€’ Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus
