Sr. Google Analytics Specialist

Hearst Newspapers is seeking a direct hire role for a Google Analytics Specialist to join our Data Engineering team. You will work with a small team of Data Engineers and Business Intelligence specialists to assist in delivering user behavioral analytics to the business.

Hearst Newspapers is a division of Hearst Corp, a private corporation and along with our sister divisions Hearst Magazines and Hearst TV, we make up the 3rd largest Media Conglomerate in the world. Our small team organization offers opportunities for growth and visibility on projects.

Requirements

* JavaScipt (ES5/ES6)

* Advanced Google Analytics (funnels, campaigns, segments)

* Tag management

* General web dev knowledge (HTML/CSS)

* Experience working with JavaScript async events

* 3+ years experience in the industry

* Four-year degree (or equivalent work experience )

Preferred

* Experience with streaming analytics GA4 or Snowplow Analytics

* Modern web dev frameworks: e.g. React, Angular

* General SQL Knowledge
