Faherty is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer at Faherty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience and communicates our brand values effectively.
What you’ll do:
- Brand Identity: Develop and maintain Faherty's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to: social media assets, email campaigns, website banners, packaging, lookbooks, and paid assets etc.
- Oversee all site redesign and site creative moving forward.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives while maintaining creative excellence.
- Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance Faherty's visual storytelling and brand presence.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design technologies to continuously improve Faherty's design capabilities.
- Production Support: Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure the successful execution of design projects, providing necessary files and specifications as needed.
What you’ll have:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both digital and print materials.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and outdoor lifestyle is a plus.
We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
