Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Work with the marketing team and other designers to understand consumer and stakeholder desires, then conceptualize and execute creative on a range of products in the Boar's Head Brand portfolio, showcasing the brand through innovative, beautiful and premium design.
• Extend conceptual ideas and build engagement with compelling design and marketing solutions that elevate Boar's Head Brand's marketing initiatives, establishing a strong understanding of its product lines and their positioning within the marketplace.
• Contribute new ideas and creative design solutions, utilize feedback to refine, then present work and ideas effectively to leadership team members. Conceptualize and execute original, innovative and beautiful point of purchase collateral, point of purchase collateral, advertising, digital, and package design.
• Assist with creation of bold and original creative concepts, then book talent, plan, manage and assist with direction of photo shoots. Set up new vendors for print, photography and design.
• Organize and save all assets and art for proper storage, maintaining proper archival of all files using proper file management hierarchies.
• Prepare, prepress, proof and review documents for print.
• Design and management of brand assets, advertising and marketing.
• Collaborate with creative team, sharing knowledge and creating an inviting and passionate environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  Qualifications:
• Strong portfolio showing real creative and your design process

Qualifications:

• Five (5) or more years of professional progressively responsible experience in design/marketing field.
• Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to understand consumer insights across different product lines
• Understanding of how to prepare files for print
• Passion for beautiful design
• Hard-working, self-motivated, well-organized, and resilient to changing timelines, requests and deliverables
• Positive, resourceful attitude and excellent writing skills
• Degree in design or related fields
• Staff in this position must be willing to travel occasionally
