Job Description


As NextRoll's temporary Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Website, you’ll join our growth marketing team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth for the business by improving conversion rates across adroll.com and optimizing user journeys to increase engagement and accelerate acquisition. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be an individual contributor and will work closely with our marketing, web, design, and analytics teams to optimize adroll.com, landing pages, and the overall online experience to drive growth and revenue. This is a temporary position through August 2024. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing customer-centric web experiences to accelerate acquisition and CRO. You should also have experience with building CRO roadmaps and new processes to keep your projects on track for fast iteration.

This role is open in San Francisco, New York City, or Remote locations.

The impact you’ll make: 

  • Own and manage the web experiment roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to create, launch, and optimize experiments that improve the acquisition of new customers via signups and contact forms.
  • Continuously improve conversion rates by identifying new opportunities for growth, developing testable hypotheses, and running experiments to validate them
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and leaders across the organization to understand business objectives and priorities and apply these to the experiment roadmap
  • Regularly utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics and Heap) to identify user journeys and opportunities to further optimize user experience
  • Provide recommendations to web marketing team for CTA and social proof placement on existing and new web pages
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and execution for new feature releases

Skills you’ll bring: 

  • 6+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, or web optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other testing methodologies.
  • Experience building out CRO and experimentation programs with a focus on driving SaaS acquisition and revenue.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret Google Analytics and/or Heap data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage up when necessary.

Additional Information:

Minimum annual salary of $111,350 to maximum salary of $161,700 + benefits. This is a temporary role ending in August 2024. 

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.
