The Senior GTM Launches Manager has responsibility for global launches across our on-premises and cloud-based products by leading complex, cross-functional efforts to bring new products and solutions to market with high customer impact and satisfaction, driving product momentum and revenue growth.Â
As leader for our GTM launches, you will build repeatable, efficient, and effective launch processes (from planning through delivery and measurement) and then implement (and iterate) on that process across GTM teams, driving improvements, and reporting out on results. Through all your work, you will be the key person responsible for connecting all the teams working on launches and organizing that work to align with marketing timelines and priorities.Â

Key Responsibilities
- GTM prioritization and launch coordination that align to campaigns and TAMs
- Work with product, marketing, sales, and service teams to build out campaign themes, positioning and messaging targeted to key buyer personas
- Define clear target accounts, offers, and streamlined BOMs across the buyer journeys for net new logos
- Develop a comprehensive launch process that orchestrates product releases into GTM and campaign planning across sales, marketing, product management and other key sponsors
- Project manage the delivery of our products across multiple product lines, holding cross-functional teams accountable
- Build out KPIs, metrics, and reporting that effectively measures and then synthesize/summarizes the success of a launch including GTM success, delivery of assets, and on-time delivery
- Work with product marketing teams across the BUs to thread launch management process into product roadmaps
- Work with marketing to coordinate product launch content into campaignsÂ
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B technology with a focus on product launches, program management and/or product marketingÂ
- Strong understanding of launch methodology with experience delivering major and minor product releases across traditional and SaaS platforms
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience working effectively in a changing environment; adaptable and resilient, working towards solutions during times of change
- Strong interpersonal and team skills: a collaborative self-starter with the ability to influence and support others
- Strong familiarity with the B2B marketing funnel and customer acquisition process as well as experience marketing to Strategic Accounts and Enterprise segments leveraging intent signals, targeting and ABM tactics.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution, and problem-solving capabilities.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate strategy and rationale. work well across all departments.
The annual base salary range is: $113,000 – $242,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.Â
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.Â
