Our GTM Ops Team creates an innovative, vertically integrated approach to connecting strategy, process, analytics, and systems across the key GTM teams by aligning teams across Strategy, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, GTM Ops, and Business Systems. The GTM team serves the GTM team through creating and driving strategy for GTM through efficient process, tools, problem solving, and support. Â
As our Sr. GTM Systems Manager, you’ll be the key central function of what we do. You’ll drive the strategy around how we support the business through building systems, tools and processes. This is a high impact role that will allow you to build upon proactive and wisely designed measures for our GTM functions.Â
What you will impact:
- Run existing and set up new business systems that will be the backbone of the Go-to-Market process with an eye to enabling future iterations. Build a data foundation to enable downstream processes such as reporting, forecasting, segmentation, etc.Â
- Run, own, and build the dashboards and reporting out to the respective GTM functions.Â
- Implement and manage the sales stack (eg salesforce.com, quoting, chorus, outreach, RFPIO, etc), including opportunity alignment, technical flow supporting business process. Identify ways to improve opportunity flow, object and alignment, and sales efficiency and reporting.Â
- Implement and manage the marketing stack (eg ABM tools, marketing automation platform, etc…), including campaigns, lead flows, and attribution. Identify ways to improve targeting and conversion to set up the right conversation with the right person at the right time.
- Implement and manage the professional services and customer success tech stack, including implementation & continued development of FinancialForce.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, escalations, and issue resolution for GTM toolsÂ
- Support GTM projects and programs with technical and tool analysis and capabilities
About You:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Technology role, supporting key tools such as salesforce.com, marketo, and tools across the buyer journey (Sales, Marketing, and CS) at high growth B2B software companies
- Proven track record of delivering on projects and driving outcomes in both individual contributor and manager capacity.
- Experience with B2B SaaS business and Go-To-Market, targeting an enterprise customer base on a global scale.
- Deep business system (Salesforce, FinancialForce, Marketo / Eloqua, Zendesk, etc) knowledge, including administration and implementation experience.
- Strong full-stack analytical capabilities including experience in establishing the visualization layer and reporting
- Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from end users to C-level - with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.Â
