Sr. HR Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Act as a change agent to help nVent move forward in its exciting journey to become a data driven organization!
• Build and promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution including identifying and improving metrics to support our overall global nVent strategy
• Build strong relationships and collaborate directly with internal partners including Business leaders and HR business partners to determine reporting and business requirements
• Partner with manager to create analytics deliverables (e.g. board reporting, Environmental, social and governance (ESG) scorecard, etc.)
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes
• Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from partners
• Assist and support training and education within the HR community regarding access, use, and insight examples to foster our data driven culture
• Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actions
• Stay abreast of larger trends and technologies in the People Analytics field

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting capacity
• Tableau and/or dashboard creation & data visualization skills
• Proficient HRIS skills, preferably Workday
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including V Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Facilitating skills in virtual and face-to-face classrooms
