Sr. HR Coordinator / HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general administration duties and help with various HR activities and projects
• Support implementation of the Human Resources foundation and bring processes and systems in-house
• Manage scheduling of interviews, onboarding and New Hire lunches
• Responsible for job postings, may help support candidate screening, completing reference and background checks
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding action items
• Implement an HR filing system
• Performs HR administrative tasks such as maintaining the organizational chart, managing HR and personnel files, updating and recording employee changes
• Manage the HR inbox and be the first point of contact for HR inquiries
• Support coordination of HR and company events
• Other General Areas:
• Benefit Administration support
• HR payroll coordination
• Performance Management support
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and other special activities and ad hoc requests
• HR system implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology preferred
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of general HR experience
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), time management and presentation skills
• Ability to act with discretion and handle situations with a high degree of confidentiality
• HRIS/ERP experience a plus

The salary range for candidates residing in California for this position is $93,000 to $115,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation geographic location, individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock option plan.
