This Sr. HR Data Analyst role is a vital member of the Human Resources organization that provides direct human capital oversight and support across the firm.
This high-profile role combines both data reporting and evolving analytics in support of business goals and initiatives. The position provides opportunities to work directly with the CHRO, senior HR executives and HR department employees. This role has strong analytics focus and will require a self-motivated, action-oriented strategic thinker who can prioritize, communicate, and collaborate to build advanced data reports and analytics views aligned to strategic firm deliverables and HR line of business goals.
Position Responsibilities
- Compile relevant HR data and metrics from Workday (Human Resource Information System), One Model (Third Party HR Analytics platform), and various sources to provide relevant data, statistics, trends, and patterns to CHRO and executive stakeholders
- Drive data insights to optimize HR processes and improve overall HR infrastructure and human capital metrics; alignment to cost, quality and time enhancements
- Educate HR team members on HR systems and data reporting with an emphasis on HR self-service data gatheringÂ
- Lead internal efforts to categorize Workday reporting for HR team and drive best practices for structured report access
- Support HR strategic needs, special projects, and annual goals where applicable with data gathering, trending and analytics
- Partner with Workday and One Model vendors in support of AI, data modeling, and statistical insight improvements across both operating platforms
- Create data storyboards and resource templates to present annual deliverables and findings to senior leadership.
- Assist in the implementation of HR systems, data, and other initiatives where applicable
- Analyze external data best practices and benchmarks to make appropriate recommendations to CHRO and HR Leadership team as well data vendor partners (Workday and One Model)
- Assess internal data opportunities across firm to incorporate key partner and/or LOB data into HR reporting systems
- Oversee continuous system improvement and data analytic dimensions across key platforms (Workday, One Model, Power BI Dashboard, etc.)Â
- Support internal COE and HR SMEs with metric and report creation as well as data implementation across key platforms (Workday, One Model, Power BI Dashboard, etc.)Â
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes as needed and in backup capacity for BAU operations

Requirements
- An undergraduate degree
- A minimum of 3-6 years of related Human Resources data analysis or related experience
- Initiative to identify business questions, scope and logically structure an analysis, extract relevant insights, and communicate with a point of view
- Self-motivated, results-oriented self-starter
- Ability to build relationships with, and provide thought leadership across all levels
- Experience thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
- Experience effectively managing several work streams and projects concurrently
- Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication (written and oral)
- Experience sourcing data from database applications and working efficiently with large data sets; ability to learn and integrate statistical analysis into operating systems and deliverables
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and data modeling
