Dematic has a new opportunity for a dynamic, global Sr. HR Manager to support our growing Global Supply Chain group. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR business leader to serve as a key member to HR leadership to drive strategy and actions to attract, develop and retain an engaged workforce. The position will serve as a trusted adviser to the key executives within the Operations team, utilizing extensive experience to deliver innovate HR solutions.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as the Primary HR Business Partner to the Global Supply Chain and Operational Executive leaders to help drive initiatives, which achieve increased efficiency and improve the overall operations.
  • Develop a strategic talent plan to guide critical talent decisions including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to support Dematic's growth trajectory
  • Use metric and data to enable business leaders by identifying trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement
  • Support development of strategy to recruit and retain diverse, world-class trlent that will allow Dematic a competitive advantage over competition
  • Build leadership and management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that increases team member engagement
  • Provide oversight and direction in handling of complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Drive HR projects and implement or improve existing processes to support organization's strategy
  • Champion initiatives that support the success of the organization's growth and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture
  • In partnership with functional HR business
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years of direct applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in a fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company. Minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership position.
  • Demonstrated success building organization structure, culture, and engagement.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trustedadviser and confidant.
  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.

  • Proven track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change and measure impact.
  • Experience developing and motivating a team, as well as leading through organizational change.
  • Must have change management leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate both hands-on tactical projects as well as strategic initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and in the US approx. 20%.
