Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Acts as the Primary HR Business Partner to the Global Supply Chain and Operational Executive leaders to help drive initiatives, which achieve increased efficiency and improve the overall operations.
- Develop a strategic talent plan to guide critical talent decisions including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development to support Dematic's growth trajectory
- Use metric and data to enable business leaders by identifying trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement
- Support development of strategy to recruit and retain diverse, world-class trlent that will allow Dematic a competitive advantage over competition
- Build leadership and management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment that increases team member engagement
- Provide oversight and direction in handling of complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Drive HR projects and implement or improve existing processes to support organization's strategy
- Champion initiatives that support the success of the organization's growth and reinforce a collaborative, aligned, and engaged culture
- In partnership with functional HR business
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10+ years of direct applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in a fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company. Minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership position.
- Demonstrated success building organization structure, culture, and engagement.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Organizational Design, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trustedadviser and confidant.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.

- Proven track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change and measure impact.
- Experience developing and motivating a team, as well as leading through organizational change.
- Must have change management leadership capabilities.
- Ability to navigate both hands-on tactical projects as well as strategic initiatives.
- Willingness to travel nationally and in the US approx. 20%.
