Job Description

Medica's Sr. HR Organizational Development Partner will be responsible for creating and implementing programs and policies that support organizational growth. This role will design, deliver and evaluate Organizational Development strategies and programs including talent management, change management and culture that enhance the employee experience and strengthen business results through improved performance. This role also partners with Human Resource Business Partners, business leaders, and HR COE's to identify, design, and manage initiatives for improved individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Serves as a strategic partner for the Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to design operating model, organizational design and comprehensive change strategies and translates it into tactical plans
  • Guides stakeholders and utilizes appropriate organizational development models, resources and systemic approaches to facilitate initiatives that enhance individual, team and organizational effectiveness
  • Develops a set of actionable and targeted change management plans and tools (i.e., communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, business readiness, training plan, resistance management plan) while considering adoption, reinforcement, and celebration
  • Provides best practices, expertise and leadership to enable change management, employee engagement and recognition
  • Provides leadership for the culture alignment process and facilitates dialogues to accelerate the integration/partnership work between teams
  • Provides consultation to the business and proposes and delivers detailed interventions such as team effectiveness, leadership coaching and structured problem-solving sessions. Indicates a plan for measuring results and demonstrating ROI

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or related experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of related Human Resources experience to include a combination of organizational development, organizational design, change management consulting, and/or culture development
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational design frameworks required
  • Experience in developing and facilitating successful change management strategies and/or programs to all levels of employees throughout an organization required
  • Demonstrated experience using data and insights to develop and drive strategies
  • Experience in program management or project management required
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions preferred

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the designated office - Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI -, on average, 2+ times per week.
