Sr. HR Project Manager (HR & Payroll Systems) _ Contract _ Remote
Job Description
Kaeppel Consulting is seeking a highly skilled "Project Manager" with a focus on HR & Payroll Systems to join one of our client's IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and implementing world-class Human Resource and Payroll Systems to streamline our processes and enhance efficiency. This will be a 6-12 month contract role, a Remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on the latest Human Resource and Payroll Systems available in the market.
- Run RFP process and coordinate vendor selection.
- Analyze the compatibility of various systems with our organization's requirements and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for system functionalities.
- Evaluate system options based on criteria such as cost, scalability, integration capabilities, and user-friendliness.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Project Lead the implementation of selected systems, including configuration, testing, and user training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) working with Human Resource and Payroll Systems in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and interpret complex technical information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certification in relevant HR or Payroll systems (Rippling, Remote, Deel, Workday,) is a big plus.
- Experience with Rippling Implementation is a plus.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience driving complex HR related projects and delivering commercially viable products that yield organizational growth with seamless integration globally.
In this role, you will work alongside various department heads, technical leads, developers, QA analysts, and other Project Managers to assist in the delivery of a new HR and payroll system.
