As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR Systems Analyst. The HR Operations team, including HRIS, is critical to delivering an optimal work experience to our employees and maximizing their impact to the organization. The Sr. HR Systems Analyst is a senior level individual contributor position, responsible for supporting all Human Capital Management (HCM) System functions by providing system support, analysis, testing, reporting, and business process design improvement. This includes business requirements gathering and analysis, design, testing, documentation, and end-user training for upgrades, updates, and enhancements of the HCM System. An overarching responsibility will be maintaining compliance, while focusing on the user experience and system standards to support the business needs. This will include the development of new business processes, functionalities and reports. As part of a highly effective global HR Operations team, the successful candidate will have broad learning opportunities to understand the business environment and the technical environment of our HR systems including Workday and other HR tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary lead in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday and other HR applications
  • Technical support of all other HR Tech applications
  • Drives HR data and system integrity initiatives
  • Helps implement process governance
  • Drives the development of a delightful employee experience
  • Be the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) to determine the right system solution to support tactical business initiatives
  • HR Systems Global Business Process Design and Support
  • Manages and develops strong working relationship with HR PMO and HRIT/EHR teams
  • Manages and develops operational relationship with vendors
  • Collaborates with HR Functional Leads and HR Business partner teams to implement new functionality or optimize existing functionality within the NetEase HR Tech Stack, with a strong focus on Workday (HCM), Lattice (TD), Greenhouse (TA), and Navex (Compliance).
  • Partner with HR PMO Team in generating detailed documentation of all configuration changes or upgrades deployed
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, and recommend effective solutions
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resource files and records
  • Tracks system updates and coordinates implementation to ensure continuity of operations and to support business needs.
  • Supports or leads the implementation of HR Systems-related projects on both a planned or ad-hoc basis including upgrades, updates, recurring refreshes, changes to policies, and other technical projects that arise.
  • Workday release management planning
  • Consistently collaborates with all team members in HR, HR Systems, and IT and communicates effectively with all levels of the Company as well as third party support vendors.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, HR, or other related field
  • 3 years’ experience working with Workday HCM and reporting.
  • Must possess key problem-solving skills and have a strong interest in understanding business connections
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills including familiarity with advanced spreadsheets
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership teams
  • Keen attention to detail; strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Proven track-record of successfully managing highly visible projects
  • Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence others

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in related field.
  • Familiarity with other HRIS products
  • Experience operating in a global, matrix organization.
  • Project Management certification
  • Mandarin speaker

Compensation Range: $140k- $175k
