Sr. HRIS Analyst
Job Description
Introduction:
Under the supervision of the Sr. Manager, a Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR systems and related interfaces for TGCS. As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, the individual will serve as an HRIS expert to find process improvements and functionalities. This person will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives related to the use of HRIS applications, systems, reporting and tools. The HRIS Analyst will be assigned to one or more areas of support, systems, and will serve as backup to other team member/support areas/systems.
Responsibilities:
- Administer HR systems and integrations with an emphasis on HRIS/Learning and Development/Recruitment/Onboarding/Payroll/Time/PTO/Benefits Administration/Workflows/LMS/ECM/General Ledger and Compensation support. Maintain system tables, Security Roles, and business rules, including year-end system table updates. Performs mass data imports and configuration changes. Work with various Internal and External vendors on HR related integrations.
- Create, maintain & own on-demand or automated reports with available report writing or spreadsheet tools. Create Report Dashboards for internal and company-wide use. Fulfill ad hoc and recurring data requests from internal and external customers. Complete Govt Compliance Reporting (EEOC, DOL, AAP, J-SOX, etc.).
- Execute Data audits, Internal & External such as Employee, Vendors, Business Partner's, and Benefits Data uploads on a periodic basis for HR, LMS and Payroll related activities. Perform regular and ad-hoc audits to ensure HR data integrity working alongside HR leads, Finance & Accounting, Business Leads, HR administrators, Benefits team, and Compensation Personnel.
- Identify, recommend, and document process improvements. Customize, document & train users on scheduled system upgrades, enhancements, and customizations to the HR and LMS Systems. Create and configure user defined fields and workflows. Maintain custom tables. Evaluate and identifies areas and processes to improve or automate. Assist with evaluation of new vendors and systems. Acts as experts with internal departments to drive initiatives in HR and LMS integration projects with business systems.
- Monitor HRIS & Learning inbox and support tickets, reset passwords, and respond to employee's questions. Troubleshoot access and user issues and resolve or escalate to IT as needed. Create and maintains reference materials and provide on-going support for end-users.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with HR systems including, but not limited to HRIS, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & PTO Management, Content Management, Performance, Compensation, HR Reporting and LMS systems
- 2+ years' or more experience with Saba Systems. UKG Pro and UKG Pro Back Office functionality preferred or large ERP system
- Expertise with application software including spreadsheet and word processing applications. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Experience working with large data reports, VLOOKUP, Macros, charts and diagrams).
- Preferred general understanding of HR or Learning and Development processes and principles
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with specific deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of all personal records
