What You’ll Do: 

As the Senior HRIS Analyst, you will provide day-to-day HRIS system support.  This position will lead systems enhancements efforts and provide technical support as a key People and Culture resource across the organization by collecting, clarifying, and translating business requirements into documentation, conceptual design, and configuration.

  • Provide day-to-day oversight of Human Resources HRIS system (Wurk) and our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Configure and update business process workflows in HRIS system and create and maintain functional documents in support of the HRIS and ATS modules. 
  • Create, review, assign and maintain security roles and groups for all HRIS functional areas.
  • Responsible for quarterly audit of HRIS user access and other system related items in support of Sox compliance.
  • Work with internal audit team to test control reporting requirements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports, workforce analytics and executive summaries including, turnover, staffing, and payroll as required utilizing HR systems, Excel, Greenhouse, and other applications to analyze and logically present data. 
  • Work with other departments as needed to provide requested HR data with respect to all team member functions including Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time and Attendance.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends and research new functionality in HR systems with a focus on testing, implementation and change management plans.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of new system features/upgrades and integrations.
  • Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting HR reporting inquires/issues; resolve issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot end-user log-on and other system access issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality as it relates to employee privacy and sensitive payroll information.
  • This role has a hybrid work structure and can be based at one of the following locations: Chicago, IL, Las Vegas, NV, New York City, NY

 What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience implementing and supporting complex HR and/or payroll systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience designing, configuring and testing complex reports. 
  • Solid project management skills along with strong attention to detail 
  • Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, developing system solutions and documentation standards. 
  • Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities. 
  • Ability to successfully partner with vendors/agencies and internal stakeholders; ability to work within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
