Job Summary
This role is in the Human Resources Services Function within Chamberlain Group's Human Resources group.
The Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday Recruiting) will be responsible for identifying, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Talent Acquisition functionality within Workday. A successful incumbent is expected to be the Workday Recruiting Subject Matter Expert, partnering with the Talent Management CoE to ensure the overall design and effectiveness of Workday Recruiting, including leading the effort to provide solutions to meet business objectives, triaging and resolving issues, creating reports and dashboards, researching and implementing new functionality, enabling 3rd party integrations, and onboarding new locations into Workday. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the rest of the HR Services Team to support and maintain the Workday ecosystem, providing operational support for Workday transactions, adoption of Workday Releases, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while still delivering quality results.
Requires 5-10 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to maximize system accuracy and efficiency, and the need to complete new configurations to tenant set-up or security profiles in Workday
- Optimize system effectiveness and functional processes through program configuration
- Anticipate and provide the data reporting needs from business partners
- Review system usage metrics and identify, investigate and resolve potential issues
- Resolve tier two escalations for Workday and Kronos including but not limited to researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or errors, and process flaws.
- Complete knowledge transfer to end-users to ensure system adoption and participate in the development of training materials for HR staff
- Partner with HR CoEs to translate end user needs into system requirements as the Workday subject matter expert
- Integrate solutions with enterprise information systems standards
- Provide technical support for new HR system implementation
- Has strong vendor management skills developing working relationship with all HRIS vendors. Directly partners with them to problem solve any system issues, recommended solutions and testing.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
- Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience with implementing Workday a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Workday Recruiting experience required
Additional knowledge of other Workday modules is preferred
Workday Certification(s) a plus
Understanding of US Recruiting processes required, global Recruiting experience is helpful
