Job Description

Company 3, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, is looking for an Sr. HRIS Coordinator (Human Resources Information System) to join its HRIS Team. This role is remote and can be based from any CO3 location as it will service the global company which includes studios in the U.S. Canada, United Kingdom, and India. Working remotely in the US is an option.
The Sr. HRIS Coordinator reports directly to the Director, HRIS and, under their direction, is responsible for all aspects of HRIS administration including implementing configurations and processes, maintaining data, creating training documentation and conducting training. The position maintains and improves HR Information System operations by monitoring performance, identifying, and resolving issues, conducting audits and analyses, and data scrubbing. This position maintains data integrity diligently and meets all compliance requirements.
Additionally, the Sr. HRIS Coordinator supports integrations between our HRIS system (currently Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources) and other applications within the company and with third party vendors (including ADP, Fidelity, ElevateAD, Hubrive, UKG, BDO etc). The position conducts regular audits to confirm peak performance of the integrations and addresses any issues.
This position develops and prepares training documentation and provides process training for HR team members, managers, and employees, as needed. This position also develops, generates, and schedules regular and ad hoc reports.
 
Primary Responsibilities
 
  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.
  • Creating user accounts, managing access, and updating employee information.
  • Assisting with system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Maintain HRIS System modules configurations on an ongoing basis: set up new earning codes, new calendars, etc.
  • Supports a variety of related and recurring personnel processing actions related to HRIS processing and payroll functions, including timekeeping and payroll in D365/ADP
  • Optimizing HRIS processes and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Maintaining data, analyzing data, ensuring data integrity.
  • Auditing HR processes and documents, when required.
  • Assist with HR/PR regulatory audits, external and internal.
  • Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the field of HRIS.
  • Responsible for addressing HRIS inquires/request from HR Ticketing System.
  • Assists in HR report development/generation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Must Haves
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience working with data in a technical role, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of HRIS systems with an understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Report development
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information and documents.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and vendors.
  • Critical thinker able to problem solve within a team as well as independently.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and possess time management skills to meet required deadlines.
  • HR/payroll background preferred.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes in workload and pace.
  • Friendly and approachable in business-facing, client-facing, and vendor-facing interactions.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Experience working in global systems and processes.
  • Weekend and off hours support is expected as needed.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MS Dynamics F&O experience (Certifications a plus).
  • Knowledge of D365 FO implementation. 
  • Knowledge of UKG
  • Understanding of BDO
  • Understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
