As a Sr. Human Resource Business Partner supporting our Global Franchises, you will be trusted to work on collaborating and coaching within the business units from our Fort Worth, TX location. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Driving business success with various teams on associate experience initiatives, such as Associate Experience Dashboard, Recognition programs, etc.
• Encouraging high-quality, diverse local talent bench, through selection process, equitable compensation practices and adequate talent development
• Supporting diagnostic intervention and problem resolution strategies to contribute HR point of view to business issues
• Using analytics and insights to improve people and workforce management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
• Effective Communication both written and verbally
• Handling multiple projects with challenging priorities and changing expectations.
