JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executing human resources strategy to create an engaged and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Support a variety of client groups that include Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Engage with leaders at all levels of the organization to understand operational plans and strategies and deliver HR programs which support overall business strategy.
  • Advise and coach leaders on best practices in leadership and employee relations.
  • Partners with the leadership team to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, employment laws, standards and government regulations.
  • Work with a team of other HR professionals to develop new and innovative HR programs and policies and facilitate the communication, education, and delivery of such programs to leaders and employees as needed.
  • Ability to identifying/implement opportunities for constant organizational development
  • Proficiency in organizing and leading change initiatives to drive organizational improvements.
  • Help provide proactive hiring solutions to deliver a competitive advantage
  • Primary contact for business leaders and team members seeking advice on complex HR and employee relations matters including workplace complaints, investigations, conflict resolution.
  • Conducts thorough investigations of potential inappropriate conduct, harassment, discrimination claims, etc.
  • Review and approves corrective counseling.

MUST HAVES:

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience supporting U.S. based workforce
  • 2+ years of experience with U.S. employment law
