Sr. Human Resources Manager
Job Description
What We're Looking For
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Provide expert coaching and consultation to managers and associates on HR-related matters.
• Drive associate engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Handle complex associate relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Support organizational change and transformation efforts, providing guidance and support to associates through transitions.
• Enable leaders to make great decisions and have productive conversations.
• Work closely with learning and development to identify training needs and deliver relevant programs.
• Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to continually improve HR processes and policies.

Key Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulation
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
