Sr. Hyperion Developer

ECS is seeking a Sr. Hyperion Developer to work in our National Capital Region office.

Job Description:

• ECS is seeking a Sr. Hyperion Developer to join a team providing configuration and capability support services for the Program and Budget Enterprise System (PBES) at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
• In this role you will be responsible for the overall design and deployment of the ERP application system architecture. An expert in various ERP related technologies and system architecture components and can serve as the overall technical lead of the program.
• Specific tasks you will perform as a Sr. Hyperion Developer include, but are not limited to:
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new system functionality.
• Will provide guidance on the best technologies for the project.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance and stability.
• Analyzes requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and/or testing to help improve existing systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable change management processes and procedures.
• Recommend and develop practices that will drive more consistent and efficient design and delivery processes.

Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• BS/BA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience. Directly related postgraduate study may be substituted for experience at the rate of three credit hours for three months of experience up to 36 credit hours.
• Skilled in various technologies and system architecture components.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning Plus.
• Development experience in building metadata, designing web forms, data reconciliation, building dashboards, and business rules.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Docker and / or Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Experience with Data Relationship Management Suite.
• Experience with Oracle Technologies such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Oracle Data Visualization, Oracle Data Integrator Enterprise Edition, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle DB Server.
