As Sr. IdAM Engineer, you’ll have at least eight years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our identity and access management solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our software within complex systems, enabling secure user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the highest level of security for our clients' sensitive data.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of identity and access management solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Engineer scalable and efficient IdAM solutions, considering performance, security, and usability aspects.
• Develop and maintain authentication and authorization components, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across the development team.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to identity and access management, working closely with support and operations teams.
• Contribute to the documentation of software design, architecture, and development processes.

 What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on identity and access management.
• Profound understanding of identity protocols and standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Expertise in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Experience with Hibernate and Apache Tomcat and working in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and with high quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot intricate technical issues and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
