Job Description

Responsible for working directly with clients to analyze business operations and recommend solutions that align with client goals. These solutions may be unique for each implementation. Maintains current knowledge of eviCore programs, platforms and solutions and understands how each can be adapted to meet client objectives. Establishes relationships with client Business/Workstream owners, serves as a mentor and subject matter expert, leads the requirements definition process and responsible for the documentation of decisions and the solution. This position will manage multiple, concurrent projects and drive working sessions with clients to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met. Ability to handle a large volume of work independently and directly with clients on larger, more complex projects.

What you'll do:

  • ability to gather required information from the client to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create a feasible solution
  • understanding client strategy and developing positive relationships with a client's business stakeholders
  • Demonstrate and promote a genuine concern for the stakeholder, listen fully and actively to truly understand what others are saying, make decisions based on an understanding of the real stakeholder need
  • influence stakeholders in a clear, confident and collaborative manner when articulating concepts, challenges, complexities in order to drive standards and best practices.
  • remaining current on eviCore's platforms, programs and processes and understanding how each can be adapted to meet client needs
  • collaborate across multiple internal teams (e.g. Product, Client Experience, IT) to ensure successful design and delivery of solutions
  • working closely with the project manager, technical architect, provider engagement and the rest of the implementation team to create and document the solution
  • Create workflows documenting the solution
  • work with internal product/programs to validate business decisions when needed
  • manage, define and document risks along with mitigation strategies
  • serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met

What you need to do the job:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years working for a health plan, provider, software vendor, professional services company, or similar
  • Ability to understand information quickly, consolidate information accurately, and devise unique solutions
  • Strong relationship building and highly effective written and verbal communication skills, internally and externally, with multiple levels of leadership
  • Self-directed, highly motivated
  • Abilitiy to develop and maintain productive cross-functional working relationships
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedule accordingly
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, honesty, integrity, and mature judgment
  • Ability to analyze and document business requirements and processes
  • Understanding and commitment to the philosophy, mission, values and vision of eviCore Healthcare
  • Experience with Microsoft Officeยฎ Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio; SQL and other data software experience is desirable
  • Proven success establishing and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to travel as needed - less than 20%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,200 - 132,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
