Job Description
Fluidra’s seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join the IT team. We are open to this person being based out of either of our North America offices, Carlsbad, CA or Atlanta, GA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer position is a critical leadership position within our IT organization focused on owning the run activities for all Microsoft Systems and Server Software.
Responsible for leading, growing, and supporting some of the best technical talent in the industry. We seek an experienced and highly dynamic leader to deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
Leads a team of professionals who serve as deep technical individuals and drive operational stability through continuous process improvement, proactive planning, trending and capacity management, monitoring, incident, and problem management.
Plans prioritizes, translates, communicates, and implements the broader business strategy at the team level, defined by its organization leader, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and a growth mindset. The successful candidate will be strong technically, have a robust process background, and be able to drive towards a more efficient and effective team. Additionally, you will have:
Technical Proficiencies:
- Active Directory – (Site Topology, DNS, Enterprise CA, and AD Design Skills)
- Windows Server: 2022, 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008
- Windows Infrastructure and Domain Administration: DNS, DHCP, Account Management, Group Policy
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure AD/Microsoft 365 Administration/Configuration/Trouble Shooting
- Power shell Scripting
- VMware ESX 7 and above
- MS Exchange Engineering and Administration
- Web Server – IIS Administration
- Microsoft Clustering skills with SQL Server Always On
- System engineering
- Understanding of system architecture: storage solutions, network topologies, security best practices, etc.
WHAT WE SEEK
- 8+ years of leadership with direct people management
- Ten years of Microsoft platform experience, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, M365, O365, AZURE
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure moving on-premise data center enterprise applications to the Cloud
- Highest-level troubleshooting specialist who can resolve issues under SLA times
- Will take over an incident call and look at the problem from an IT environment level, not just a system level
- Leading a team to empower individuals to drive the goal of having the best Microsoft environment On-prem and in the Azure Cloud
- Establish and execute a vision of proactive operational support processes and methods
- Administering a multi-domain Windows infrastructure
- Planning, Organizing, Executing and Setting Goals/Expectations.
- A proven track record of partnering across organizational boundaries to deliver business results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Manage the feedback loop to drive continuous process improvement
- Strong documentation skills
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training

Expected salary range is $130,000 - $175,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
