BODYARMOR is looking for Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing, Southwest and Central in Dallas or Chicago.

The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for delivering breakthrough, best-in-class strategies, creative ideas, and activation plans for both BODYARMOR and POWERADE brands within the assigned bottler territory. As the owner of an integrated marketing plan this position will collaborate with partners in brand, media, PR, social, consumer insights, shopper marketing and to develop and implement plans across all consumer touchpoints. The position will report into the Sr Director of Integrated Marketing & Activation. The ideal candidate is both creative and detail oriented and can think big and execute effectively. Deep expertise in partnership marketing is critical to success. Additionally, a knack for motivating cross-functional teams to rally around strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the external communication strategy for national and divisionally integrated brand marketing plans to lead, inspire, and activate bottler’s teams to align with business priorities.
  • Lead the integration of the National marketing strategy for both national and divisional partnerships into localized marketing programs that support company objectives to increase households, consumer awareness, education, and trial.
  • Subject matter expert on bottler/customer passion points to successfully negotiate and implement our brand strategies to influence bottler behavior within assigned division.
  • Identify divisional opportunities to customize and implement marketing programs and asset (brand, athlete partners and sponsorships) activation plans by coordinating internal and external functions, to achieve high performance results on time and within budget.
  • Create and implement high quality consumer experiences that increase household awareness, via experiential, consumer sampling, local media and social media.
  • Manage and analyze all post program recap detailing quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop recommendations based on consumer feedback, results, program outcomes to Sr. Leadership.
  • Oversee and maintain divisional marketing budget for planning, allocation, and execution of marketing initiatives. Provide full campaign and/or activation recap compiling all KPIs, key learnings, impressions, number of samples for review to all levels of leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 6+ years of work experience in marketing activations across geographies in a complex, global marketing environment.
  • Remote, targeting the following markets: Dallas or Chicago surrounding areas required
  • Experience in brand strategy and application across channels in local markets, as well as key consumption occasions, shopper messaging and methods of activation.
  • Must be achievement oriented and possess the ability to juggle priorities and move swiftly from project to project.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, effective time manager, and self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • 50% travel required by car or plane

Pay Range:

$153,000 - $175,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
