This is senior transformation leadership role responsible leading Intel's inventory and supply chain execution capabilities. This experienced leader will bring best practice knowledge and experience to enable Intel's long-term vision for integrated inventory, materials and financial management. They will work closely with supply chain planning, manufacturing, and finance to define future state operating models and system capabilities, while leading implementation teams to deliver high-value business outcomes. This role is responsible for taking a process-driven, best practices approach that solves for business and customer pain points while maximizing the value of Intel's technology architecture. As the technology enabler of a larger corporate transformation, this role will ensure alignment with overall business objectives while ensuring delivery to critical large-scale programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Supply Chain Execution IT vertical's vision, strategy, and full execution, encompassing the following capabilities and supporting data structures:
o Inventory and WIP
o Warehousing and Logistics
o Materials management
o External Manufacturing integration
o Production order process
o ERP-to-Manufacturing system integration
Support Corporate Planning Group (CPG), Manufacturing Supply Chain Organization (MSO) and business process re-engineering, strategy, and execution across large complex programs while supporting target architecture roadmaps
Quickly build and maintain a trusted relationship with business partners to understand challenges, while working across IT verticals to ensure an integrated solution
Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes
Support a multi-year tool and technology roadmap, anticipating needs capability requirements
Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high value, efficient IT services and solutions with best-in-class delivery
Manage the transition of design to execution, including the governance and user adoption required to achieve the desired business outcomes and value
Ensure high quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile and Scrum principals
Managing hiring and development of world-class talent, fostering a strong One Intel team
environment
In addition, this role will work closely with the platforms and enterprise architecture team to understand long term strategic changes, full application lifecycle management, plans for landscape simplification, and maintain a long-term skills plan to ensure continued skill growth to meet future needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the below:
Education- BS or equivalent in a related computer science or engineering. Advanced degree (MSCS or MBA, etc) a plus; relevant Industry certifications a plus.
Architecting and deploying ERP solutions supporting inventory management, work-in-process, external manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics in an SAP ERP environment
Domain experience in Supply Chain Execution's across Production Order Master Data, Production Execution, External Manufacturing, Order Change Management (Expedites, schedule changes, ship-to changes, etc.), Direct Raw Materials Procurement, Global Inventory Management.
Proven track record of collaboration across multiple IT organizations, business partners and stakeholders; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, question the status quo structure/functions and recommend and effect changes.
Demonstrated mastery of management communication and presentation skills, skilled at influencing relationships with internal business customers at executive and senior management levels.
Established record of success building high-performance teams, developing leaders and driving necessary organizational change
Delivering business results using formal IT delivery methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain (or related discipline)
Extensive functional expertise of core processes unique to a complex semi-conductor environment, including supply planning, capex planning, allocation, external manufacturing integration, distribution channel management, etc.
High business and financial acumen - understanding of connections between supply chain processes and financial processes (revenue management, CAPEX Planning, product costing, etc.)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$217,820.00-$348,500.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
