What We Do:

As a member of our team, you will build out scalable and automated systems that increase productivity and security for Calm. Automate onboarding and offboarding of users across all of our platforms. Make unboxing a new hire laptop a seamless experience. Create documentation to help others help themselves. Simplify the end user experience by giving them what they need before they need it.

What You’ll Do:

An experienced IT Engineer with significant SaaS administration, SSO setup, and automation experience. You will be integrating all of our applications with Okta, deploying tools and applications with JAMF, and be the go-to administrator for all of our SaaS tools. You’ll work heavily with engineering, IT, and operations to make the whole organization more efficient. 

  • Own all of our SaaS platforms as a top level architect / administrator
  • Build and install integrations between platforms to automate user life cycle
  • Continue upleveling our JAMF to ensure seamless deployments for laptops
  • Integrate all of our applications into Okta
  • Continue automating onboarding and offboarding using Okta Workflows
  • Be on-call from time to time for special deployments or updates to systems
  • Manage configuration, optimization, and documentation of various solutions
  • Become a reliable go-to resource on the team for tier-3 technical support issues

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Engineering or SaaS Ops roles 
  • Experience building and implementing systems like Okta, Jamf, etc. from scratch
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal 
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Experienced with administering SaaS services (e.g. G Suite, Slack, Zoom) 
  • Experiencing with harnessing the power of APIs
  • Deep knowledge and experience with:
    • Identity and Access Management using Okta, and SAML / SCIM provisioning
    • Jamf, InTune, Fleetsmith, and other MDM solutions
    • Cloud infrastructure services like AWS
    • Okta Workflows, Zapier, BetterCloud or other workflow-based tools
    • GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Asana, and other common SaaS applications
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Passion for quality and security
  • Ability to efficiently handle ambiguity and appropriately prioritize competing projects

Nice-to-Haves: 

  • Experience with building and managing office networks and VPN solutions
  • Experience managing AV systems (Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Mixers, etc)
