Expertise and work efforts focus primarily on being a subject matter expert on Oracle CX Cloud products to ensure quality of project deliverables. This Professional operates under minimal supervision on medium to large size projects involving multiple products and/or platforms. This person works closely with internal/external customers, architects and other consulting engineers and achieves results through strong subject matter expertise, collaboration, and teamwork.

The ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers is a must.

As a manager, you will have the opportunity to work on many different projects and assume varying responsibilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work with other members of the team to deliver high quality product code on time
• Estimate level of effort to difficult to complex requirements
• Create key project deliverables, including technical specifications
• Submit status updates on all project activities to the leadership team
• Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and without the need for individual task-management and supervision.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject or equivalent experience in technology-related field
• •10+ years of Customer Experience (CX) experience
• 2 - 3 B2B project implementations experience in Oracle Marketing Cloud & Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Knowledgeable in best practices and design patterns
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Quick learner and have a great attitude as a team player
• Desired Experience in understanding the integrations in OIC to Oracle fusion cloud including making REST and SOAP calls, Import and export management and configuration.
• Experience with other Oracle products like Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ,Incentive Compensation, Customer data management, Subscription management
• Experience with Other Sales and Marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot are an added bonus.
• Oracle SAAS certifications is a plus
