Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversees technical products, performance measurement and analysis, leading to process redesign and performance improvements that promote efficiency and high performance standards.
  • Manages, motivates and develops project and matrixed team members to ensure projects are completed with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Reviews enhancement requests and makes decisions that balance business needs, customer requests, resources and budget.
  • Prepares and manages research and development for the budget and obtains funding for special projects.
  • Researches and analyzes market conditions and identifies key trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements.
  • Monitors design effectiveness, costs, reliability, safety and security.
  • Evaluates and responds to market needs and demands through modification and the upgrading of technology products.
  • Prepares product documents and supports sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience working in the Agile framework
  • 3+ years' experience as a technology owner or product owner
  • Proven track record of building API frameworks and controls
  • Broad technical knowledge around Server, Containers, Storage, Middleware, Database, Application Development, Automation, Network and Cloud computing technologies.
  • Extensive experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and how these solutions impact timelines
  • Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through others who are not direct reports
  • Results-oriented and delivery-focused; sets high performance standards for self and others
  • Ability to convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences
  • Excellent collaboration, negotiation and partnering skills.
  • Proficiency using Jira, Microsoft Office and Visio

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe Agile Product Owner/Product Management certification
  • Process improvement certification (Six Sigma, Lean Agile)
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing cloud automation, configuration management, and deployment of enterprise-scale infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Ansible
  • Development experience in Java, C++, C# and/or Python
  • Experience using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible and CloudBees

Base Pay Range: $105,400/yr. - $175,600/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
