Senior IT Systems Administrator

Location: Corporate Support Center, Massillon, Ohio (Hybrid)

Your Seat At The Table 

This position is directly responsible for critical corporate systems, including but not limited to: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Corporate Email/Intranet, NFTS Security, File & Print services, Web Servers, Microsoft SQL Databases, and other essential Senior System Administration Duties.

• DNS and DHCP
• Citrix XenApp
• Azure
• Windows Clusters/Load Balancing
• Hardware & Software Support
• File/Print Services
• SQL Databases
• SCCM/SCOM
• Office 365
• NTFS Security / Rights Assignment
• Disaster Recovery Processes and Procedures
• Microsoft SharePoint Online
• VMware and Hyper-V
• Architect and maintain infrastructure technology solutions as required by the organization.
• Implementation and management of complex solutions both on-premises and in cloud environments.
• Mentor other team members on technology solutions.
• Implement solutions with considering security implications and mitigating risk to the organization.

What you bring to the table:

• Pertinent experience in a Windows Server environment.
• 5-7 years of Systems Administration experience
• Scripting Experience
• Citrix XenApp Administration
• SAN Knowledge/Experience
• Office 365 Administration
• SharePoint Online Experience
• SQL Knowledge/Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical/Problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation skills
• 24x7 support for after-hours issue (Part of On-Call rotation)
