Sr. IT Technical Solution Lead, Data-PLM (Hybrid)

As the Sr. Technical Solution Lead, Data - PLM you will be responsible for the design, configuration and testing activities related to the deployment of functionality or sites to the PLM application, driving expanded capabilities in Stryker Data.

What You Will Do

• Transition knowledge of new/enhanced capabilities to the Service Delivery Team(s).
• Perform activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
• Use functional knowledge of PLM processes, technical design, development, testing and delivery of solutions for Release Cycles, utilizing change management, configuration, document management, and/or new projects within the PLM program.
• Drive multi-disciplinary business teams to arrive at a common effective solution.
• Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies in order to support the business while recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes.
• Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance, while working with other IS teams along with business teams to deliver efficient and compliant solutions.
• Develop both system and technical documentation.
• Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions that satisfy both the technical requirements and business needs.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other Solution Leads and Solution Analysts within the team or same project/program.
• With a financial focus, deliver activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams of resources for projects is preferred.
• Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts - strategy, planning, vendor selection, implementation planning, and deployment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the PTC suite of tools PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA, etc. is preferred.
• Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred.
• Experience in analyzing and understanding how regulation changes impact data model requirements is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills is preferred.
• Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications is preferred.

Travel Percentage: 30%
