Sr. Key Account Manager-TAC
Job Description
The Sr. Key Account Manager will be responsible for leading all sales and merchandising efforts across multiple IFG brands (King's Hawaiian and Grillo's Pickles) at The Albertsons Companies. This is a highly dynamic role within the IFG Sales organization, one that champions an ownership mindset, the ability to cultivate meaningful partnerships, and build irresistible experiences for our customers and consumers.
ROLE ACCOUNGTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops end to end sales strategy and execution goals for TAC divisions to achieve growth and revenue objectives across King's Hawaiian and Grillo's Pickles.
- Leads planning and implementation of trade promotions to maximize ROI within approved limits.
- Cultivates meaningful partnerships at all levels within TAC as the direct point of contact and customer expert, including, but not limited to: Category Manager, Director, VP, Operations, and Retail Broker Partners.
- Analyzes market potential, problems and opportunities for attention and outlines action plans to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Forecasts sales on existing and new products and promotions on a monthly basis.
- Collaborates with Category Team to analyze effectiveness of Trade and Omni-Channel programs.
- Coordinates with the Customer Service Department and other functions, as appropriate, to communicate important information and maintain a cohesive relationship.
- Collaborates with Omnichannel Marketing Team on customer specific marketing plans.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience required.
- At least 5 years of sales and account management experience required (TAC experience preferred).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
- • Ability to inspire, excite, and motivate those around them.
- Exhibits 3Cs of thinking (Critical, Curious, Collaborative).
- Highly effective communicator and interpersonal skills (EQ)
- Proficient understanding of Nielsen/IRI Data and ability to mine the data for consumer and customer insights.
- Experienced sales professional with proven track record of growth and progress.
- Experienced at building and delivering sales presentations.
- Ability to define proper KPI's and ways to measure results based on specific OpCos
- Ability to travel as required and needed to support business growth initiatives.
- Consistently demonstrate the values of Excellence, Dignity, Saying it like it is in a way it can be heard.
