Role : Sr. Kronos Migration Specialist - Legion
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Beaverton, OR (100% Remote)
Key Skills: Migration from Kronos to Legion, UKG WFM (Work Force Management) , Testing: Jira, X-Ray, ALM, Kronos Workforce Central, Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, WIM/ Work Force Integration (this is a module within Kronos); Support Troubleshooting & resolution support; work with Retails and Payroll, Analysis and Communications, Testing; UKG / Kronos Workforce Central (newer product: Dimensions)
Job Description:
- Ideal candidate is understanding retail. Advanced scheduling knowledge is the key and 3-5 years of Kronos experience, Kronos Advanced Scheduling a must have, Time & Attendance good to have.
- Our client is engaged in the designing, marketing and distributing of innovative athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and accessories for sports and fitness activities.
- Our client is looking for an excellent Kronos workforce central integration specialist to help build and maintain the workforce management platform serving stores globally.
Job Duties :
Operations & New Enhancements; immediate support to team, understanding system integrations, stakeholder and team relationships quickly.
Team is also transitioning to Legions WFM and this resource will have opportunity to ramp up on a fairly new cutting edge platform
Job Responsibilities and required skills:
- Architect the data flow from in an out of Kronos;
- Designs and develop new software and configurations by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, diagrams and studying system capabilities;
- Modify existing WIM interface software to correct errors and improve the performance;
- Develop Custom SQL scripts and Stored Procedures to integrate with external applications like BI and Retail Next applications;
- Involve in code reviews, SQL query enhancements, code enhancements, performance tuning and troubleshoot problems and complex issues;
- Develop, modify, maintain and support Kronos WIM interfaces for both ad hoc and ongoing needs for multiple geographies like Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific countries like UK, Ireland, Austria, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Japan, Korea and Canada;
- Develop and test custom WIM software for business and operations users to generate reports;
- Integrate Kronos with external applications like SAP, Point of Sale and ADP across multiple geographies using Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Interface designer, API and SQL;
- Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, specifications and implementation documents;
- Maintain project documentation and Knowledge base articles on confluence;
- Plan, track and manage software development using Jira, communicate progress and work using the Agile Methodology.
