Job Description
Data Governance team is looking for a senior lead analyst to assist in formation and execution of data governance framework, policy, standards. This position assists in the implementation of enterprise data governance and privacy platforms. Also, it provides business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop control structures within a simple environment to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels.
- Provide thought leadership and participate with projects that involve any of the upstream or downstream data flows and processes.
- Ensure controls are in place over applications to ensure the data integrity by performing data integrity gap analysis.
- Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and IT.
- Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements, develop complex queries and provide reports.

- University (Degree) Preferred

Minimum Requirements
- 4+ Years' experience in SQL
- 2+ Years' experience using Collibra or any equivalent data governance Platform
- 2+ Years' data quality of similar level data analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years data quality
- 2+ Years' Experience with ML Ops.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms AWS or GCS
- Strong understanding of Databases and Data structures
- Strong Analytical and Time Management skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimum supervision
- Ability to compare technologies and make recommendations to senior members of the team
- Understanding of privacy laws and regulations

Base Pay Range: $105,800/yr. - $170,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
